The user can choose between cheap, fair, and expensive activities, as well as the duration and type of activity. After these selections, the spreadsheet displays multiple results based on the preferences and includes some other information as well. We hope you like it and can put it to good use as you explore all that Utah has to offer! |

The first sheet allows the user to calculate daily calorie and macronutrient amounts based on their age, height, weight, and activity. They can then input meals throughout the day to check remaining values. The second sheet checks if the user is getting enough sleep based on their age and sleep amounts. The third sheet records exercise and water consumption that the user can customize for his or her own preferred routines. |
