Record the following three macros:
(Note: Use the sort tool while recording (Data|Sort and Filter|Sort))
| Macro Name | Usage |
| sort_by_item | Sorts the table by item # in ascending order |
| sort_by_concrete | Sorts the table by concrete cost in descending order |
| sort_by_rebar | Sorts the table by rebar cost in descending order. |
