There are six files: an Excel workbook called estimator.xlsm and five other excel files containing some data we wish to import (grading.xlsx, paving.xlsx, etc.).
In this exercise we will develop a spreadsheet that imports information used to estimate the cost of a construction project from a set of independent text files. To get started, do the following:
1. Right-click on the following file and save it to your local drive:
2. Extract the contents of the zip archive to a subfolder. Be sure to note the location of the subfolder. You should see somthing like after extracting the contents of the zip archive:

3. Browse to the folder you just created by extracting the archive and open the estimator.xlsm workbook.
4. Follow the instructions in the spreadsheet.
